We are proud to announce that our colleague Paulo Lemos, former rally champion in Brazil and Latin America, has opened this year’s Rallye das Praias in Brazil with the Zero Car! He was supported in the organization by Olliver Reyna, former rally driver for Volkswagen in Mexico. Both are managers of our Brazilian subsidiary IPM do Brasil and combine their passion for motorsport with their professional commitment to our clients.
IPM do Brasil supports OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, toolmakers, and other companies in the automotive industry in Brazil and Latin America. Our focus areas are press shops, toolmaking, and body-in-white (BIW).
The Rallye das Praias is a major motorsport event that was first established in 1982. After a long hiatus, it made a successful comeback to Guaratuba in 2024, nearly 20 years after its last edition. This year marked the second revival in a new, modern format. The rally is renowned for its challenging routes along the Brazilian coast and attracts participants from all over the world.
